I worked with Carl in sales. Im a small person, new rider, look young and a woman - a few things that have caused me to not be taken seriously in the past and at other dealerships. Not here. Carl was knowledgeable, personable and respectful. I walked in with a list of bikes I was interested in and walked out with one that wasnt even on my radar - and perfect for me. I did not feel pressured at any point and really felt that he wanted me to get the best bike for me regardless of if I bought it there or elsewhere. Carl kept himself available for questions or concerns, and had a bunch of expertise and experience to share. Parts/service were wonderful too (modifications to the bike because as mentioned above Im short). I was kept up to date with any shipping delays and everything was done punctually so I could get on the road! Finance was also excellent. Very organized, was not a pushy or drawn out process. It genuinely was an enjoyable process looking for a bike and Im thankful I ended up doing business here. I know Ill be taken care of, and Id recommend Reynolds Motorsports to anyone! Thanks again!!!

Kevin in parts is great. I have a Harley and my son has a Suzuki and we have ordered parts for both bikes based on his advice. I am currently installing V&H short shots on my son's bike and had a few questions for Kevin and he took care of my right away. As soon as I have the pipes installed I will swing by so you can hear it.

I have been very satisfied with both sales and service departments. For the last few years Eric has taken care of any of my needs , therefore , my loyalties will be returned. My condolences for the loss of a top shelf tech , Rich. He was another reason I always went to Reynolds. Keep up the excellent service :)

I've been dealing with Reynolds for over 30 years now. I buy new and trade often. The sales department always takes good care of me and my trade in. Another good thing about this dealership is the service department. They fix it right the first time. The saying goes anyone can turn nuts and bolts but the key is turning the right ones.
