All Can-Am® Spyder Roadsters come with the following automotive technologies:

Anti-lock braking system (ABS)

Sensors monitor the rotation of all three wheels & can perform independently on each one. If any of the wheels is at risk of locking, ABS reduces brake pressure on it. Combined it with Brembo brakes for maximum braking performance.

Traction control center

If the traction control center detects excessive rear wheel spin (e.g., slippery conditions) it works to let the Spyder accelerate without requiring the rider to make a lot of corrective maneuvers. This is done by regulating engine ignition & fuel injection, which reduces engine torque.

Stability control system

The stability control assesses your intended direction via the handlebars and determines the vehicle's appropriate response. The system applies the brakes to the wheels individually and/or reduces excess engine torque until control is regained.

Dynamic power steering

The electronically controlled power steering system provides the rider with a varying amount of assistance depending on the speed of the vehicle. So it's always easy to maneuver and steer - no matter what type of rider you are.

Reverse

True transmission-based reverse provides increased maneuverability and more complete control.
